Done properly Financial Planning is a complex, time intensive industry.

All initial appointments are free of charge to ensure you are comfortable with the service we provide.

During the initial appointment we are able to give you generic advice about "Everything Financial" but not specific advice that is tailored to your individual needs.  All recommendations or advice that is tailored to your specific needs must be in writing in an approved legal format. It is not legal for us to provide informal or off the cuff advice.

Ongoing costs depend on wether you proceed with our advice and will be outlined by the adviser on your first appointment.

At Southern Cross we do not work for free, our aim is to provide a valuable service at a fair price.

If you are considering selecting a Financial Adviser make the choice based on who can provide the best long term assistance with a service package that suits your needs,  not on who appears to be offering something for free.
