Frequently Asked Questions » What is the process

There are 4 stages to providing you with expert financial advice.

Stage 1: Fact finding and getting to know you

A Confidential Client Data form is used to obtain information relating to assets, liabilities, income, expenditure, and insurance needs.

This information is gathered to gain an understanding of your circumstances, and to identify needs, objectives and tolerance for risk.

Stage 2: Developing strategies & making specific recommendations

After identifying the key issues, your adviser develops a strategy to enable your client to achieve their financial goals and objectives.

A Statement of Advice (SOA) plan is then prepared incorporating our advice, recommendations and reasoning for proposed actions, including full disclosure of costs, to meet your clients specific financial goals and objectives.

Stage 3: Implementation of the recommendations of the SOA

We commence actioning the approved financial plan - these are undertaken professionally and at every stage, checks and re-checks are conducted.  A final check is conducted to ensure your financial plan is in place as per the SOA.

Stage 4:  Review of your Financial Plan

Nothing in the financial world stays the same - they are forever changing and therefore we need to review your financial plan to ensure it is on track to meet specific financial goals and objectives. Investments and investment structures should be regularly reviewed having regard to your circumstances, goals and objectives to ensure that they remain appropriate.
