The Sydney Child and Family Practice provides thoughtful, evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy. Grounded in a child and family systems approach, we help families understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what to do next.
Whether you are seeking support for emotional or behavioural concerns, family stress, school-related challenges, or assessment for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), our focus is always the same: clarity, practical guidance, and sustainable outcomes.
Why Us?
Families often seek support during times of uncertainty.
You may be noticing changes in your child’s mood or behaviour, ongoing anxiety, school difficulties, family conflict, or questions about developmental differences.
It can be difficult to know:
Is this typical development, or something more?
Does my child need therapy or assessment?
Where do we even begin?
The Sydney Child and Family Practice offers structured psychological services designed to reduce confusion and provide clear next steps.
